ORDER PROCESS
1、Choose
open the website,select the product you like and size add to cart , Then place order,fill your address (please make sure 100% correct ,it’s not allowed to change once shipping).
There’re too many models, we haven’t uploaded all of them.
If you can’t find your prefered shoes, please send massages to my WhatsApp or email.
2、PAYMENT
After place order, please contact me via WhatsApp (+852 54435772) or Email ([email protected]) to pay .
We accept Paypal (Friends and Family), Wise, WesternUnion, Bank Transfer and major Crypto as payment method.
If you want to pay after QC, you can pay USD20 as the deposit.
3、qc
We will ship your items in next 4-6 days after you place the order. This because factory needs time to prepare your stuff . Before shipping out, we will take a QC pics and video for you.This is necessary work that we must do for our customers.
Delay happens for these reasons: Weather /Holiday/Out of stock issue /Custom routine check etc.
4、Shipping
Once you approve QC and finish final payment, we start to ship.
At present we major ship with USPS, it’s fast and safe.
5、Tracking
the tracking number will be sent to you wihtin 2 working days after shipment.
You can be at 17track.net , enter the tracking number , tracking info takes 3-7 days to update,If you still can’t get tracking info update after 7 days, please contact me,I’ll check it with the express company.
HOW LONG CAN I GET THE PRODUCT?
It usaully takes 7-10 days from placing order to delivered. Firstly factory needs some time to prepare your order and then your order will be transfered to FLAM CENTER. After our quality check team verifies the product quality, we will ship out your product.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOT SEIZED BY CUSTOM?
If the shipping company tells you they need some information about the package, please contact us first, we will offer you the information that they need to help the package get through. However. If custom seized the package by your country, they norally want you to pay the tax. Please pay it. If the custom staff says your packeage is already destroyed, no worries, they still want to tax you. However if it really happens, we will offer you a 50% discount code and you can buy again, we will take the QC video for you again and send it via FedEx. If the custom seized the package by our side, we will refund customer all or send a new product.
